Susan Seidelman (Philadelphia, 11. decembar 1952 -) je američka filmska redateljica, producentica, scenaristica i glumica. Pažnju je privukla sa nezavisnim filmom Smithereens, a potom 1985. imala veliki uspjeh sa filmom Desperately Seeking Susan, zaslužnim za dalju karijeru Roseanne Arquette i Aidana Quinna.
