United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit er en føderal domstol og en ankedomstol som råder over USAs distriktsdomstoler i de følgende distrikter:

- United States District Court for the District of Wyoming
Disse distriktene var del av den åttende krets frem til 1929. Domstolen består av 12 aktive dommere ved Byron White United States Courthouse i Denver, Colorado. Den er en av ankedomstolene i USA og har en jurisdiksjon på mer enn 20% av USAs landmasse.[1]
