The Sounds er et svensk rockeband som ble kjent med sitt debutalbum Living In America fra 2002.

Deres mest kjente låter er hitsinglene «Hit Me!», «Living In America» (begge fra 2002) samt «Song With A Mission» (2006). I juni 2009 slapp The Sounds plata "Crossing The Rubricon", tre år etter siste utgivelse.
