Sagadahoc County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Maine. Det ligger i de sørlige delene av staten og det grenser mot Kennebec County i nord, Lincoln County i øst, Cumberland County i vest, Androscoggin County i nordvest og mot Atlanterhavet i sør.

Sagadahoc Countys totale areal er 959 km² hvorav 301 km² er vann. Det er Maines minste fylke. I 2000 hadde fylket 35 214 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Bath.

Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1854 av land fra Lincoln County.
