マルミアドワーズ

マルミアドワーズ（Marmiadoise）[注 a] [注 b][注 1]はアーサー王伝説に登場する剣。以下の作品に登場する。

伝承中では、鍛冶神ウゥルカーヌスによってヘーラクレースのために鍛えられたものだと語られている[11][2][3]。リヨン王（英語版）のものであったが、後にリヨン王に勝ったアーサー王のものとなった[11][2][3][12]。アーサー王の剣として有名なエクスカリバーよりも優れていたとされ、そのため後にエクスカリバーはガウェインに貸し出されることになったとされる[2]。
