ハラーハー

ハラーハー、ハラハー（halakhah, הֲלָכָה hălākhāh）は、ヘブライ語の概念用語で、ユダヤ法（Jewish law）とも呼ばれる。次の意味で使用される。

1. ラビ達の承認したユダヤ法
2. ユダヤ教の法規的な側面の総称
3. ラビ文献において、アッガーダー（聖書の注解や格言を通して教訓的なものを引き出したり、聖書に書かれていない物語、様々な逸話などの類）との対象として用いる用語。

例えば、タルムードの大部分を占めているのはハラーハーである。ハラーハーはヘブライ聖書に書かれておらず、トーラー・シェベアル＝ペ、タルムード、その注釈書（ハラーハー文学/文献）の中に入っている。
