Sarafand al-Kharab (bahasa Arab: صرفند الخراب) adalah sebuah desa Arab Palestina di Subdistrik Ramle. Desa tersebut berada di ketinggian 50 meter (160 ft) di atas permukaan laut, berjarak 7 kilometer (4,3 mi) dari barat Ramla, di wilayah yang sekarang berada di timur laut Ness Ziona.[7]
