Sarafand al-Amar (bahasa Arab: صرفند العمار) adalah sebuah desa Arab Palestina yang berada di dataran pesisir Palestina, berjarak sekitar 5 kilometer (3,1 mi) dari barat laut Ramla. Desa tersebut memiliki populasi 1.950 pada 1945 dan luas lahan 13.267 dunam.[3] Desa tersebut dikosongkan pada Perang Arab–Israel 1948.[5]
