Kapten Grup Sir Douglas Robert Steuart Bader, CBE, DSO*, DFC*, DL, FRAeS (/ˈbɑːdər/; 21 Februari 1910 – 5 September 1982) adalah seorang penerbang ulung di Angkatan Udara Britania Raya (Royal Air Force) dalam Perang Dunia II. Ia masuk Royal Air Force pada tahun 1928. Pada tahun 1931, dia mengalami kecelakaan saat menerbangkan pesawatnya dan akibatnya ia kehilangan 2 kakinya. Dia sempat sekarat, setelah pulih dia kembali latihan pesawat dengan menggunakan kaki palsu. Pada tahun 1939 dia diterima lagi menjadi pilot Royal Air Force meskipun menggunakan kaki palsu. Dia pun berhasil mengikuti beberapa peperangan. Dia juga pernah menjadi tahanan perang Jerman.
