George Brinton McClelland (Filadelfia, 1826ko abenduaren 3a - West Orange, New Jersey, 1885eko urriaren 29a) estatubatuar jeneral, ingeniari, idazle eta politikaria izan zen.

West Pointeko Akademian ikasi zuen eta Estatubatuar-Mexikar Gerran esku hartu zuen. 1848ko gerra amaitzean, armada utzi eta trenbideetako ingeniari izan zen.
