Gmina Pawłowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Pszczyna County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Pawłowice, which lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) west of Pszczyna and 38 km (24 mi) south-west of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 75.77 square kilometres (29.3 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 18,171.
