Chamran (Persian: چمران)[a] is a city in the Central District of Mahshahr County, Khuzestan province, Iran.
At the 2006 census, its population was 18,519 in 3,935 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 31,138 people in 8,123 households.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 33,505 people in 9,025 households.[2]
