The 2024 Maine House of Representatives election will be held on November 5, 2024, alongside the 2024 United States elections.[1]
Retirements
Thirty-one incumbents will not seek re-election.[1]

- District 9: Anne C. Perry is term-limited.
- District 20: Kevin O'Connell is retiring.
- District 40: Stanley Zeigler is term-limited.
- District 59: Raegan LaRochelle is retiring to run for State Senate.
- District 64: Colleen Madigan is term-limited.
- District 86: Jessica Fay is term-limited.
- District 88: Kathy Shaw is retiring.
- District 93: Margaret Craven is term-limited.
- District 96: Michel Lajoie is retiring.
- District 108: Maureen Terry is term-limited.

- District 14: Lynne Williams resigned April 1 to become a worker's compensation mediator for the State of Maine.[3]
- District 51: Rebecca Jauch resigned May 6 to accept a position with the National Marine Fisheries Service's Office of Sustainable Fisheries.[4]
